# Fix a problem type

> Work through one kind of problem from start to finish, from the check page to the review page, the products table, and your pins.

Each kind of problem has its own page. Open a problem type from [Fix](https://docs.atlios.io/product/fix.md)
to see what Atlios found, what it can do about it, and which products are
affected. To move around the Table with the keyboard, see [Keys on the
Table](https://docs.atlios.io/product/fix.md#keys-on-the-table).

> [!NOTE]
>
> Members can look at all of these pages. The buttons that change things, such as
> preparing fixes that cost credits, approving, and ignoring, are for owners and
> admins. A member sees a note saying who to ask. See [User
> roles](https://docs.atlios.io/reference/user-roles.md).

## The check page

The check page opens with **What I found** and **Why it matters**. Tiles show how
many products are affected and, where Atlios can prepare fixes, how many it can
fix and how many need you. **Recently found** shows a few examples.

**What you can do** depends on the problem type:

* **Atlios prepares a fix.** The main button reads **Fix the** followed by the
number it can fix. It shows the cost in credits, or that it is free. If some
products cannot be fixed automatically, **Look at the** followed by the number
  that need you opens them.
* **You type the values.** Some problem types ask for a value, such as a
barcode. Fill the boxes and choose **Save**, or use a spreadsheet.
* **You fix it elsewhere.** For some problem types you open the product in
Shopify, make the change, and Atlios checks again. Fixed products leave the
  list.

**More options** has **Edit many**, **Download the list**, **See ignored
problems**, **Fix settings**, **Ignore all**, and **Turn off this problem type**.

## The review page

When you choose the main button, Atlios opens the review page first. Nothing is
written yet.

**1. Read what would change**

**Here is what I would change** shows a few real examples.

**2. Check the cost**

**Cost before I start** shows the credits, your balance, and what is left
after. Credits are used when Atlios prepares the fixes. Approving and undoing
are free, and you can undo for 30 days. If the balance is short, you can
prepare as many as it covers, or add credits.

**3. Prepare the fixes**

Choose **Prepare** followed by the number of fixes. When they are ready, the
check page says so and offers **Review fixes**.

**4. Approve what looks right**

Approve the changes you want and leave the rest. **Approve and fix**
followed by the number sends them to Shopify. In the list, **A** approves,
**R** leaves it, **E** edits, and the arrow keys move up and down.

## Products Atlios held back

When Atlios is not sure about a fix, it leaves that product out instead of
guessing. The page reads **I was not sure about these**, followed by the number.
Tick the ones that look right, or type your own value, then choose **Add**. Adding
is free, and you still review every change before it reaches Shopify. Anything
you do not tick stays under **Needs you**. You can undo from Activity.

## The products table

On the check page, choose **See the products** to open the products for one
problem type. Four tabs sort them: **Open**, **Waiting for Google**, **Fixed**,
and **Ignored**. A product waits for Google after a fix, until Google accepts it.

Above the **Open** list:

* **Search** by product name. **Waiting for Google** and **Fixed** have the
  search box only.
* **Group by** **What I can do** (the ones Atlios can fix first, then the ones
that need you), **Product**, or **None**. A problem type that comes from Google
  also offers **Google's message**.
* **Sort** by **Newest found first**, **Oldest found first**, **Highest priority
  first**, or **Lowest priority first**.
* **Priority** appears only when the problem type has more than one priority.

### Saved views

Use **Saved views** to keep a search, priority choice, grouping, and sort, then
come back to it in one click. A view does not keep which products you ticked.
Only you see your views, and they belong to the store you saved them in.

### Select products and ignore them

Tick products to select them. A bar shows how many are selected. Choose **Select
all** followed by the number to select every product that matches your search and
priority, including the ones that are not loaded yet. Untick any to leave them
out. Select all is off while the list is grouped by product.

The bar offers **Edit many** (or **Apply template** on image problems),
**Ignore** followed by the number, and **Clear**. Ignore asks first and shows the
count. Ignored products leave Fix, and nothing changes in Shopify. You can bring
them back from **Ignored problems**. When you ignore with Select all, Atlios does it
in the background and you can leave the page.

## Pins

Pins reward a clean catalogue. Each problem area has a pin. A product is clean
when it has no open problems in that area. You earn bronze at 50 percent of
products clean, silver at 80 percent, and gold at 100 percent. A problem area
needs at least 10 products before it can earn a pin. Badges stay once earned,
even if the standing later slips. Ignored products count in the total, not as
clean.

Fix shows your pins. Choose one to see its badges and dates, or open the pins
page to see them all.
